IMPORTANT: Your MicroCloud Product is designed and manufactured by Fluid Service Technologies (“FST”).  By using your MicroCloud Product, you agree (i) to be bound by the terms of the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) as set forth below, and (ii) you will not use the MicroCloud Product for personal, family or household purposes.  If you do not agree to these two items, do not use the MicroCloud Product and return it to the distributor from whom you purchased the MicroCloud Product for a full refund.  The MicroCloud Product should NOT be used as a replacement for conventional and approved Personal Protective Equipment. The device has not been industry tested nor has it been NIOSH approved. Your decision to use this devise is solely at your own discretion. If you are using the MicroCloud Product in an effort to limit coronavirus, you should visit EPA.gov for products they believe meet the criteria to limit coronavirus. Many factors beyond FST’s control and uniquely within user’s knowledge and control can affect the use and performance of the MicroCloud Product in a particular application. As a result, customer is solely responsible for evaluating the MicroCloud Product and determining whether it is appropriate and suitable for customer’s application, including conducting a workplace hazard assessment and reviewing all applicable regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ANSI, etc.). Failure to properly evaluate, select, and use the MicroCloud Product and appropriate safety products, or to meet all applicable safety regulations, may result in injury, sickness, death, and/or harm to persons or property.  

Warranty, Limited Remedy, and Disclaimer: FST warrants that each MicroCloud product meets the applicable FST product specifications at the time FST ships the product. FST MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOM, OR USAGE OF TRADE.
